How long will it take to receive my bracelets?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your bracelets to be made and posted. During peak sale periods this may be extended to 10 business days. Please note that if Express Shipping is selected, this will not speed up the production time. Once posted domestic delivery can take 2-5 business days with AnPost. International delivery times are subject to local postal services.

What are the shipping fees?

The fee for Standard shipping is €2.00 or Express shipping is €10.00.

How should I care for my pieces? 

Avoid direct contact with oils, perfumes and lotions as well as spending extended periods of time in the water while wearing.

Please note that white beads with gold letters are also subject to fading. 

Please be aware that I am Bijou is not responsible for any severe breakage and any damage is the customers responsibility. It is recommended that your pieces aren't pulled forcefully to ensure the longevity of your piece.

How will my order come packaged?

All pieces are wrapped in vellum paper along with a keepsake crystal description card corresponding with your chosen crystal secured with a ribbon. Each order is placed into a bubble mailer for safe delivery.

What are the bracelet measurements?

If you are unsure of your bracelet size, measure your wrist and add 1cm. If you don't have a measuring tape, a piece of ribbon or string can be used and then measured against a ruler.

We would recommend purchasing a standard size if you are unsure or are purchasing for a gift.

If you need to change your order once received, we are happy to adjust your bracelet for a small rethreading fee plus postage.

What letter bead options do you have?

• White Beads with Gold letters A - Z, Heart
• White Beads with Multi coloured letters A - Z, Heart*
• Clear Beads with White letters A - Z, please note there is no heart available in this option at this time

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
All bracelets are made to order therefore refunds will not be issued.
